What happens if I can’t access my ticket on my phone?
Don’t worry, you can provide your name to the venue on the day, they will have your details stored. Please bring valid identification with you on the day so that this is possible.
I purchased a ticket but I didn’t receive a confirmation email
Please check your junk or spam folder to make sure it hasn’t arrived there by accident. If you still don’t have the email, please contact our customer services support@justtikit.com , we will resend confirmation email and ticket
I entered the wrong email whilst booking, how can I retrieve my tickets?
We are able to resend the ticket to the correct address on request. Please use the live chat function or contact support@justtikit.com if outside of working hours. Please note this may take up to 1 working days so we encourage you to double check your details before completing your transaction.
How does the Justtikit ticket scanning process work?
The QR code on your ticket is scanned by the venue organisers using the Justtikit app upon entry.

Justtikit is a digital ticketing platform that seeks to simplify the experience for both the venue and its customers. Our aim is revolutionise the whole process, from when the ticket is purchased to gaining access to the venue on the day of the event.
How do I access my tickets?
You can download your ticket and save it to the wallet app on your phone. Alternatively you can access it via the booking confirmation email or by signing in to your account on the Justtikit platform. All your previous orders are saved to your account.
Can I use a paper ticket instead of e-ticket?
Yes, you can print off your ticket, the QR code on the paper ticket works in the same way as a digital ticket.
Can I still gain access if I miss last entry time?
Last entry times are set by the venue, any late entries will be at the discretion of the venue on the day
What identification will I need to gain access to a venue?
This is at the discretion of the security staff at the venue. We recommend a valid driving license or passport
I can no longer attend the event, can I sell my ticket?
Ticket reselling is only permitted at the discretion of the venue
When will I receive my ticket?
When payment has been processed successfully, you will have an option to download/save your ticket to the wallet app on your phone. You will also receive an email containing the ticket.
What are the minimum age requirements for my event?
Minimum age restrictions are subject to the venue’s terms and conditions. Details of these requirements will be on the event ticket page.
What does restricted view mean?
The view from your seat is partially obstructed.
What are the terms and conditions of the booking?
The terms of conditions are set by the venue, these can be found on the event ticket page.
Is there a limit on amount of tickets that can be purchased?
The limit of tickets is set by the venue, this will differ for each event.
Is Justtikit a secure platform?

How do I make a complaint about an event?
Please contact the event organisers directly for any complaints.
Can I change the name on a ticket?
The name on a ticket cannot be changed once purchased.
Do I have to have the app to access my ticket?
No, you can download the ticket to your wallet app , or alternatively you can print it off.
How do I add the ticket to the wallet on my phone?
When payment is processed, there is an option to ‘ADD TO WALLET’ during the payment confirmation stage.
The link to download my ticket won’t open?
Please ensure your device is connected to a credible internet connection. If still unsuccessful please contact our customer service support@justtikit.com , we will be happy to help.
How do I contact the venue?
The venue can be contacted via their social media channels.
The event is sold out, will more tickets be released?
This decision will be made by the venue.
I had tickets in my basket, when I went to pay it said it was sold out
For in demand shows, unfortunately tickets sell out very quickly. We apologise that you were unable to secure your tickets.
Do I need a Justtikit account to purchase tickets?
No , you just need to provide an email address for us to send a booking confirmation Please ensure this address is correct as the ability to send the ticket to you is reliant on this. We recommend creating an account as all your tickets and purchasing details are stored in one convenient location.
Why do I need to input contact information on checkout?
Information is gathered so that we can input your name onto the ticket and so we can send relevant booking information.
What happens if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?
All ticket holders will be refunded ticket cost minus processing fees, within 7 days of the event being cancelled. For rescheduled events, the ticket will be carried over to the new event.
